I’m Sue Koch ~ fitness instructor, wellness coach, & passionate guide for women navigating the physical, emotional, and professional upheaval of perimenopause and menopause. This season often arrives hand-in-hand with burnout, self-doubt, & a false belief that our best years in work & life are behind us.
Through movement, support, & community, I help women reconnect with their bodies & minds, reclaim confidence, and rise into their power with grace. This is not the end. It’s a powerful new beginning, and you don’t have to move through it alone.

I struggled for the past 3 years with intense perimenopause symptoms that were brushed off by my doctor as “typical.” Aside from the frustration of the physical symptoms I was experiencing, one of the most difficult aspects for me was that things that brought me immense joy no longer did so because I lacked the energy and desire to do them. This summer I was venting on social media and received a DM to reach out to Sue. I had no idea what a game changer my sessions with her would be! Working with a certified perimenopause/menopause coach was exactly what I needed to bring me back to life. What I was feeling wasn’t all in my head, it was real and there was a reason for it. Sue truly listened to me as a client and designed a thoughtful program that would best serve my needs. Working with Sue led me back to myself and reclaiming my joy in life.
